Reservations

Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred service, therapist, and appointment time. Reservations may be made by phone, text, or in person. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. 

Arrival Time 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your relaxation experience. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to accommodate subsequent appointments, with full service charges applied. 

Gratuity

Gratuities for exceptional service are appreciated and may be added to your final bill or provided directly to your therapist or esthetician via cash/venmo. 

Series of Treatments

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for other products or spa credit of equal value.

Health Considerations 

Please inform our staff of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy at the time of booking and upon arrival. Certain treatments may not be appropriate for specific medical conditions. A physician’s clearance may be required for prenatal services. 

Age Policy 

Guests must be 18 years or older to receive spa services unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Certain treatments have minimum age requirements.

Check In

We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted not to interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply. Please plan accordingly. Of course, beyond the check in policies we invite all our guest receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Luxwell Spa. Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea or coffee.

Spa Environment

To maintain a tranquil atmosphere for all guests, we kindly request that cell phones be silenced during your spa visit.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Prepayments & Gift Certificates 

Prepayments & Gift certificates are available for purchase. Both are non refundable and will remain a credit on your account and may be used towards Oceanova spa services or retail. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly request advance notice for any changes to your appointment. 

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice or missed appointments without notification will be charged the full scheduled service cost.
